Very smooth experience. Friendly operator gave good advice, work performed efficiently and professionally. I have used electrodry several times in the last 15 years at 2 different houses. The only time I went elsewhere, I regretted it. This is the way to go.

Customer service is excellent in every aspect of my contact with Electrodry. They were very prompt in responding to my email query regarding a quote for upholstery cleaning. Also called back when they said they would. I did not have to wait weeks to have the job done which I am used to hearing. The cleaning was done the next day, and very happy with job. The contractor was friendly and explained what could be done, and what he would do with the special materials on one of the lounges. A difficult job but very happy with the outcome.
