Update: There was a new owner 2+ years ago. That came with some trouble. Now there's again a new owner 1+ year ago, and the problems are few now. The new owners are quite reliable.Old Review:We use them a lot, and keep about 100 CBM of products with them. We may have 1 sale a day on bad days and 20 sales on peak days and they manage it fine.Advantages:- Their 3PL has worked fine for us for years.- They can take irregular packages while some competitors like Amazon have limits. Eg. we have some large and heavy irregular shaped items like 180x150x10cm x 20kg. They're expensive to deliver, but at least they're accepted into the warehouse and dispatched without issue.Negatives:- Occasionally need to be chased up for tracking numbers, since their process seems to be partly manual, not fully technologically integrated.- 99% of our orders go by Toll and Australia Post, while other couriers would be cheaper for say 50% of our orders.- Would be uneconomical for cheap packages. We can only keep our medium-high priced, fast moving items here.

We outsourced our logistics for the first time 12 months ago and couldn't be happier. Have complete confidence goods will be shipped on time to our customers and stock variations are a thing of the past.

Rude staff, who were not very helpful.

Had been with them since 2017. Two ownership changes in the last 12 months making it 3 in 3 years and over all a very ordinary experience right to the last. I wish the new management luck in improving this potentially great business. Caveat emptor.
