Absolutely amazing service and care. We have used so many medical suppliers and they have all been horrible to deal with but Matrix I can honestly say its always a delightful experience. They make running my business less stressful and at the end of the day that's what every business owner wants. 100% recommend.

I just dealt with this company for the first time and I am extremely happy with the amazing service i just received.Rebecca was a delight to speak with, very friendly, enthusiastic and she even shared my enjoyment for finding what i desperately needed not to mention very professional.I use a very specific hard bristled brush for my work and had spent over a week looking for some replacements, so i was very exited to find Matrix Dental online.But to receive this level of service when i only spent $30 or so is so reassuring and satisfying especially with some of the other suppliers i deal with where i spend hundreds and the service is cold, short and unprofessional - these companies could learn a lot from someone like Rebecca, not to mention the lovely man who brought them out to me in the car park.I will buy all my dental and work needs from Matrix only from here on.Thanks guys, amazing work - Benny.
