Thomas' Tidy Lawns

I have been using Thomas' lawn and gardening services since his business inception, across two properties, and recommend him highly. Extremely professional and skilled, Thomas is also very personable, easy to work with, an extremely hard worker and has excellent attention to detail.

Not a big poster, but when people deserve credit, I like to post. We had in my eyes a big job on the front and back, When I contacted Thomas on a Sunday via message, I was not expecting a reply, he said he was happy to chat now or would call around on Monday to have a look.So on Monday he called around at the agreed time, had a look around and seen what was required, I was expecting to wait a few days for the quote but no, it was sent thru that night around 9pm.We were happy with the price and was expecting a delay in the work as Thomas was busy but he went out off his way and agreed to come over the next weekend at no extra charge with a work friend to get the work done.The work that was completed was amazing but this is not why I am writing this post, it is the communication and doing what he said he would do. Because of his communication skills and/or his overall customer service technique, we would love for him to cotinine to service our garden.

Thomas has been doing our garden for a few months now and my husband and I have been extremely happy with his work. He has gone above and beyond. He comes highly recommended.
