Avoid this business - the business owner does not live in Australia and runs the business from overseas. We had a 3 day renovation job started in early January 23 by this business and due to poor workmanship, it isn't completed over 3 months later. On request of the business owner, we had to appoint an independent inspector (at our cost of over $500) as he didn't believe there were any issues. He stated he would adhere to the findings of the independent report and Fix" their mistakes. The inspection report stated that full demolition of the works completed had to be done and the job started again. The business owner rejected the inspection report. The business owner twists everything his onsite tilers say or agree to and because he isn't in Australia

Very friendly and professional..Would always call the day before to confirm coming onsite.. always within the time they said they would arrive too which is important to me as I'm limited to staying home all day waiting for trades to arrive.Fantastic workmanship too, cannot fault.Overall very happy and will/have recommended to others.A++
