Good communication, super quick follow-up on my email regarding pickup time and were helpful when I mixed up the address. Order was ready to go and I was greeted immediately. Owen even helped me get the rack into my car. Great quality product and awesome service, thanks a lot!

Claims to be open 7 days 9am - 5pm. Nobody at this premises. Save people a bum steer and update information you provide online.

Don't answer their phones, apparently not at the listed address and they don't respond to website queries. Be careful if ordering online...

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION WITH LACK OF MANAGEMENT. No information about the exact location of the shop when the shop is just a messy office without any clear signs. Shop was empty during opening hours with no staff present at the premise with no phone calls being accepted at all.I was there for my order pick up and I couldn’t even receive an apology for wasting half an hour and instead just got messaged saying he is gone early that day and told me to come again next time with notification when I will be arriving. Non-sense when the google ad shows their clear opening hours and my order confirmation email informed its waiting for pick up.
