Went there a week ago. Lovely relaxed environment in the office without any lessening of attention to details. Alex went the extra mile to find all valid deductions and helped with an outstanding issue with the ATO (on my end not Tick Tax) Have just received my refund within a week with a follow up email from MD Catherine. I went mainly as I am unskilled in FBT and vehicles but save yourself the hassle with your tax by seeing them

The staff were very helpful in setting up my business & sorting out all my tax needs.The bonus was they found out I had previously not claimed things I was entitled to & I got a Huge refund cheque from the Tax Office.

She is very knowledgeable especially when it comes to investment property information and information on superannuation.
