I engaged Andrews for the design work with DA application for a Grannyflat on Oct 2017. I was promised that the work would be done and lodged in 6 weeks time. But in fact it took more than 7 months to prepare the DA which was not lodged till June 2018. I ended up spending thousands and a total 16 months on a DA that did not meet my needs. But the most disappointing part of the whole experience to me was the lack of communication. They rarely answered my calls and could take weeks to reply my emails which was very frustrating
