Typical Dept Transport. Parking onsite or out on the road. Expect long waits. Thankfully, they have toilets.

Over 1 hour wait, I know this cannot be helped due to breach from Optus and good to see staff coming out and assisting Optus customers with forms. Staff are polite and helpful, just took a long time to get served

Make customers wait in line outside in the heat.No seating provided no assistance to answers ppls questions while they wait. You could be waiting an hour outside and be turned away inside because you cant provide the relevant material required at the time which could be avoided if assisted while in line.Qld government could learn a thing or 2 from nsw government.

I arrived at 9.00am and waited to be served for about 20mins which I thought to be very reasonable for the number of people there.The staff moved everyone through very efficiently.Person who served me was very pleasant.Overall good experience.
