Clear Skies Yoga
Alison is an amazing teacher. Her classes strike a perfect balance of spiritual and physical. She reads the group and tailors her classes to suit. She has been incredibly flexible and innovative during the recent health crisis in order to continue to provide an excellent (and much-needed) respite from the world.

Alison Sykes is surely one of the most experienced, vibrant and skilful teachers in Brisbane and just so so likeable. Her classes will meet you where you are - from beginner to advanced student - she know so much about how our bodies tick and how to connect us safely into our practice and selves. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Clear Skies Yoga
Alison is truly the most wonderful yoga teacher. Her lessons are varied and perfect for all levels. Her voice is majestic during relaxation - I could listen to her teachings all day. I have moved away from Brisbane but I’m lucky that I can still do video lessons.
