Service above and beyond. following a smoke alarm alert at 2.30 am I eventually disabled 8 hardwired units Called Josh in the morning and he advised on troubleshooting. Later that morning he called to say he would drop in to check on the situation. He checked each unit before reinstalling each one, He replaced a suspected faulty unit as well as two slightly damaged units. To say I was happy with his outstanding service is an understatement. Best service ever. Support JR Parker Electrical.
