I got some gorgeous wooden earrings in a few designs for my 10 year old for X-Mas. Unfortunately I hadn't anticipated warning her about being careful when pulling jumpers on and off (or something similar) and one way or another the wooden pieces came off the posts. I made contact thru the website live chat, hoping to find out what glue to use, and was offered replacements instead. The parcel went on a postal holiday however arrived today, and I'm reminded how beautiful they are. My daughter will be so happy to see the little avocadoes again. Thank you so much for great designs and customer care!

I ordered two pairs of earring for myself and expected them to arrive in a plastic bag.What a surprise, beautiful pattern tissue paper wrapped earrings in a box. Also include care instructions and a personal hand written thank you card. The earrings are so lovely. Will definitely order again.
