i was feeling very directionless and depressed the day before i decided to give the beginners session for Muay Thai, I'm so glad to say that the experience was exactly what i needed to lift my spirits and push my body to be better. Abbas was very patient with me and took time, since i was a beginner, to make sure i got the basics down, and i was very grateful for that. I will be back Friday night!- William.

Friendly staff very helpful, excellent training from experienced muay thai and brazilian jiu jitsu coaches also great for confidence building and respect.Definitly recommend trying out if interested in martial arts
