I came across this business this morning and was captivated by the branding, I was moving through on business as I was wearing a sharp suit and dress shoes.With curiosity guiding me I decided to take a photo of the company name, as a reminder to check the company later to see if they could add some value to my growing business and enterprise.I was at first optimistic until I encountered some staff outside by a fire, they adopted a suspicious, hostile, assumptive, prejudiced and apparently defensive and predatory attitude to my presence.Assuming negative intent without appropriate context upon approach, they spoke to me in a discourteous fashion calling me mate and said did I need something, (the tone and posture indicated the suspicion, contempt, hostility and prejudice behind the words) which is overly familiar, rude, discourteous, casual, not formally and unprofessional to me.If a business of any kind wants to collaborate with me or provide a service to me they must speak formally, therefore with absolute respect and sincerity, they are talking to a stranger not a long lost friend. There are levels to this world, stupid.The assumption of hostile intent showed a further lack of respect and also reveals a bigoted nature towards other cultures and people's, also myself being non neurotypical, (Google search meaning of neurotypicalAdjectiveNot displaying or characterized by autistic or other neurologically atypical patterns of thought or behaviour."neurotypical individuals often assume that their experience of the world is either the only one or the only correct one")A prejudiced attitude is what I received

Our Body Corp did not know how to plan our painting because we have never painted before and look after things ourselves. The woman who helped us understand what order we needed was Bridget Blinco- she was fantastic and kept in contact until the job was completed by the painters. All staff were polite and informative-i highly recommend!

I had a problem with my air conditioner installed by Usher. Many thanks to Nigel who fixed it free of charge in a reasonable time.

We had an epoxy coating done by Usher & Son to our garage floor. Unfortunately we would not recommend them based on service levels and quality of work.The floor was not prepped properly prior to applying coat after telling us it would be done as part of the process. This led to imperfections really coming through and being highlighted with final result. They also did a no show two separate days when they were booked in throughout the process without even the courtesy to call and give an update.Their team was very friendly when on site.

If using this company, Stand by and watch every coat they APPLY, As to make sure they are applying sealers and undercoats to under the finish coats.No sealers will lead to your paint peeling many years down the track ( night mare for the owner and very costly to fix )If any tradesman work is not up to standard, Contact and make a complaint to QBCC, Queensland Building Building Commission they will help you
