Harbour lights caravan park is in a great position. Amenities are clean and tidy. Could do with a plug in laundry but I should have asked for one. Little dry but with a bit of water will come up a treat. Its been really hot. Best of all pet friendly.

Not a very nice experience at all, my husband went there 10 weeks prior to our arrival and checked a site that we had booked to make sure it suited our needs, at the time all was good but on our arrival the sight was taken, so we were given another site right next to it.The next day we found out the people next to us which was the original site we had booked, had Covid, I informed the manager and was told she didn’t know, the Family were using the same Amenities block as everyone else, they had there own shower and toilet in there caravan and should of been restricted to there own but the manager said there was nothing she could do due to new Covid regulations. But from what I read, that is what she should of asked them to do.I’ve had part lung removal so I was very worried, so my family started using the ensuites, this family was letting there Children run around the park mixing with other Children without anyone knowing there parents had Covid. On Christmas Day there was no toilet paper and the toilets became disgusting, there was an empty bottle of hand wash on the sink without the lid on it from people trying to get the last drop out of it, and so I couldn’t believe what I saw the next day when the cleaners came back to work, they put the lid back on the empty bottle and sat it neatly on the sink, it should of either been refilled or thrown in the bin. The pool was also not very clean and the lawns could of done with a mow. Won’t be going back there.

Just spent 3mths there. Deb went out of her way to make us feel welcome. A little bit dusty but amenities were clean except when people didn't clean up after themselves. Walking distance to everything you need. Great fishing spot.

We were so disappointed at our stay, very over priced , Shocking, tiny sites, our caravan didn’t fit, cannot put awning out fully, they don’t water the grass, no care or responsibility, feral groups, police ambulance at all hoursDONT GO THERE

What can I say Debbie went above and beyond for us for our stay.I highly recommend staying here and across from the harbour what more could you want. Debbie is very accommodating even for those who check in late. We will definitely be back regularly. Thank you so much for your hospitality

We have just spent 8 weeks at Harbour lights. We have been going there since 2018. We where always happy with the park. But this year the toilets where disgusting not cleaned properly, also no toilet paper a lot of times. Sites not mowed after vans left. Very dusty and hardly any grass. We had 2 days with power going off and on one off these times it was off for nearly 10 hours. We where informed off no power on a sunday but this was a scheduled power pole works in Bowen. Was not one of thedays we had no power.

All camping sites have power and the park is on flat land, there are about 10 sites with a raised concrete slab, adjacent to office that are of medium size. Amenities are dated but clean and tidy( only if people follow basic hygiene) there are several angled drive through sites for larger combinations, several with great shade and ample on site cabins with ensuites. Pool with basic undercover outdoor cooking area and a beach park and playground area just outside of caravan park, ok for young children, supervised. A 5-10 minute walk to Yatch Club for dinner, check if open. Park is ideal for over night stay or recreational base for regional fishing.
