This was a great shop but in the last 3 months it’s gone backwards. Pizzas that are that burnt you can’t eat them. And now Surprise picked up 3 pizzas tonight and they have given me the wrong order. But I can wait an hour for delivery. No thanks I’m done.

We get pizzas here every couple of weeks.Domino's isn't famous for taste or quantity of filling, but this branch must get the medal for mucking up the orders as well.We're had filling put in when we ordered without, pan instead of crispy etc.Yesterday we ordered 1 pan and 1 crispy and the order was inverted. We called and they made two new ones, this time both pan!!Since it was now past 8pm, we ate them but complained and were offered 2 complimentary pizzas.Both pizzas were fairly dry had very little tomato sauce and hardly any fillings. Sure they are cheap, but a little more sauce and mushrooms wouldn't break their bank.

absolutely horrible service from the shift runner on! .wrong food was delivered, then was promised correct food would be delivered within 30 mins, an hour goes by still nothing!called up store to inform them and was then told the food i was wanting was unavailable as they didn’t have stock for it, but i wasn’t informed?shift runner was rude, and laughed at me over the phone when i addressed my concerns about my delivery.will not be ordering from here again

Ordered online for delivery. Rang the store after 20 minutes from expected time. Was told the pizzas are on there way be about 5 to 10minutes. 40minutes go by and ring the store again. Was told that my order is waiting to be picked up. I said no I organised delivery, then the store had the nerve to say I stuffed up online and organised pick up. Which I clearly didn't by all my confirmation emails and given an EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME. Once he realised it was his mistake, he offered to delivery my order with an extra garlic bread (already ordered one by the way) I said no as it has been sitting there for over an hour. I cancelled my order and got a refund as I could hear laughing in the background and the whole thing seemed like it was a joke to them. Sahil was rude at first but obviously realised it was their mistake and gave a really poor apology with another worker laughing in the background.Don't buy your pizza from spearwood... they really do not care

They don't even know what loaded means.. Ordered a loaded pepperoni and it came with about 12 slices of pepperoni on it.Much better pizza joints around.

Poor Customer Service!Ordered a pasta and a pizza, received the wrong pasta and then when called up was offered the correct pasta as a replacement.An hour later, still no second delivery and when I called again I was informed that the pasta was unavailable and no refund was possible. The Manager that was on, supposedly had untrained staff members and did not follow the correct protocol in informing me the customer of this unavailablility.Will never be ordering from here again
