Wow amazing service went to get my drone fixed they fixed it for only $100 and cleaned the drone and it looks brand new fast service will come again :))

Took my DJI Osmo pocket to get repaired and within 3 days it was all fixed and back to new again. The team working there were very helpful and their customer service is the best I've experienced in a long time. I would easily recommend their services to anyone who needs their DJI product repaired.

I have never seen such a service. I had a Dji mini 2 and now having a mini 3 pro, and I had many accidents, and they always gave me the best solution. And they do it pretty quick, too. Their custom support genuinely want to help their customers, not the usual customer service centers that want to end your ticket fast as possible. Recently I had an accident it's actually my fault but they repaired for free and gave me a freaking gift. I mean, who does that? I don't know whether it's economical for them, tho, but I do wish you guys stay forever and best of luck.

Amazing customer service. Crashed my drone into a tree and sent it to this service centre via post from QLD, within a few days they had already received, assessed the damage and provided a very affordable quote that was literally 1/3rd of what I was expecting the damage to cost. A day or two after payment they shipped me a refurbished as-new replacement drone via courier which arrived within less than 24 hours. The entire turnaround was under than a week and I was kept updated with emails and phone calls from the service centre throughout the whole process. This was all without DJI care refresh too.Honestly one of, if not the best examples of customer service I've ever come across. The only thing I can fault them on is that I had to buy a new set of propellers as none were included with the refurbished drone - and they are taking a few days to ship because of limited stock. A small price to pay in the grand scheme of things.

5 star tech support. Impressive service. Drone was replaced after a gimbal malfunction. Communication and repair status were excellent. Thanks to Kelvin for keeping me in touch. I'm very satisfied customer.

Amazing service! My Mavic mini had a malfunction, so I sent it in expecting to pay a replacement or repair fee but no! Within about two weeks after sending in the drone, they sent me a brand-new fresh drone, and they also included a carry case! I can’t recommend the service even more.

Absolutely amazing service. Had drone back in a few days. They left status updates and a repair person called me to confirm all the details . Probably best service I’ve ever received for anything, really!
