We have visited a few dealerships along our journey towards buying a car, and without a doubt Melton have been by far the most helpful, friendly and welcoming team that we've encountered. We felt in safe hands throughout.From start to finish, the process of buying a car was made much less stressful by the team's help (led by Nabby) with arranging the test drive, negotiating the sale, organising pick-up and answering our many questions about the servicing, features etc of the vehicle. The wine and chocolates upon purchasing the car were an unexpected and extremely kind gesture.We love our new car and would definitely consider buying from Melton Toyota again in future.

Got a second hand Prado from here without even seeing the vehicle. Transaction was smooth from start to finish, the car was as expected. This involved me flying from Perth to Melbourne and driving it back. Adrian waited for me at the airport and drove me to the dealership, signed all paperwork and I was on my way. Adrian also organized a driving permit for me.I have purchased cars from dealers before and I constantly had to watch out not to get ripped off. The experience I had with Melton Toyota was amazing and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you

Disrespectful, dishonest stuff, specially EsteHe sold a kluger back in January as of cancelation order and promised me to deliver the car within two weeks, after two weeks called me and said the car is in Melbourne Depo and would be delivered to you in a week, then called and said the car is infected by the virus from USA( absolutely ridiculous) then said your car will be delivered end of February, his manager called and said he is getting fired due to his dishonesty and promised the car to be delivered by end of march, Adrian called and said the car would be delivered by mid year,I decided to cancel the order and got the car within a week from Alex in nunawading toyota. If you need a legit deal go anywhere else then this placeAbsolutely dishonest, unprofessional stuff.

Well after 30 plus years of living in the area I finally purchased a vehicle from Melton Toyota. The purchase began with a simple phone enquiry that lead to a test drive and finally a purchase. Very disappointedI booked my Prado for service and edge of rear bumper was popped out, that lock need to be fixed. I had mentioned already when I did booking. On the day i pick up they didn’t fixed the bumper and keep car for whole day 8:30am-5pm. After a long discussion with the service manager ( Melvin Wong ) told me to come back on monday. I been there again he wasn’t there. The car again not fixed. As they told you will get call back from him, doesn’t got yet. My car toyota prado is under warranty just 14 months old. Second time, by there fault they not even offer me loan car.
