I would highly recommend Lucy to anyone who is looking for a safe and supportive environment to heal and grow. I’ve had counseling in the past but it was nothing like my experience with Lucy. She is very supportive and goes above and beyond to support me. She always ensured that I have all the support I need through out the whole counseling period.During our sessions she was always patient, present and actively listening to every word I’m saying. In my healing journey I felt that she was always there beside me, guiding me & helping me see the bigger picture. I believe that Lucy has dropped onto this Earth from a different planet. I have not met someone with such calmness and respectful/genuine intentions for their clients. I was quite closed off initially but Lucy’s way of communication and asking the right questions created a safe space for me to be who I am and to share my truth.I completed her 10 week Holistic Counselling and Empowerment coaching and I can say that there’s things that I’ve taken away which will be there for life and which I consistently use when I’m faced with specific situations.Overall, I have a lot of trust in Lucy and highly recommend her for the service she’s providing. I can't recommend Lucy enough. I had the absolute pleasure of participating in 10 coaching sessions and a reiki healing session with her, and can honestly say I have a completely new perspective on self and life in the best way!The coaching - it felt almost like I was speaking with a spirit guide, someone who was guiding me through myself. Lucy always lives the idea that all of the achievements and answers were within me, and she was providing the guidance I needed to get me to where I wanted to be. I came in suffering anxiety and depression and was going through a huge career change, and Lucy gave me the perfect combination of practical skills, breath techniques, journal prompts, and thinking frameworks that allowed me to feel like I was in control of my body and brain again. I now feel empowered on owning my anger, on speaking to my anxiety and putting space between it and myself, on prioritizing rest, on being inquisitive and explore what different activities do to my energy levels. I feel that I am better able to calm myself down if I am feeling anxious, and way way way better at identifying depressive episodes and their triggers. Being able to name how I'm feeling, as Lucy told me, gives me power over the feelings, not meaning that we don't feel sad, but in knowing that you are feeling a certain way, you can know that you will come out of it. Thank you Lucy, you have truly guided me to a better place.The reiki session I went in not knowing what to expect given it was my first experience with reiki, and it was absolutely lovely. We started with a ceremonial cacao drink, and incorporated meditation into the session. The meditative state during the healing was already informative, and hearing Lucy's insights after really pulled everything together. I will absolutely be booking in regular reiki sessions and so look forward to delving deeper.If you are seeking something else, a helping hand, an outside opinion on something happening in your life, even if you've never been to therapy or counselling, I would absolutely recommend connecting with Lucy.
