Last week the car was taken here for repairs. I arrived following the car via tow truck and was greeted with excellent customer service. The reception staff were excellent and explained what they required and needed. After completing some minor paperwork, a member of the repairs area went over the car thoroughly will myself outlining and marking all damages that were on the car and taking multiple pictures.The boot was stuck and he opened the boot to complete further assessments that were detailed. He explained the damages and what has usually occured after the assessment. He also advised me that the car was not drive able and was illegal for the other company to allow me to leave the site. He continued to explain the implication that occurs from driving the car in the state it was.The car was booked in for an acceptable time period and was advised of what will be occurring, I have been in contact with emu plains smash repairs and they advised me of what has happened, happening and what will occur. The car will be repaired in an excellent time period in comparison to the other company i went to before (this came down to location).Reception was excellent and even assisted in arranging a hire car as well. I cant fault the service and have been highly impressed with the excellent level of customer service that has been received. I will continue to recommend Emu Plains Smash Repairs in the future

My brand new car reached to Emu Plain smash repair on 2nd of January, 2020 and I got the estimated time of repair done by 10th of February . I got a call Last week with the same excuse that there is a delay in availability of the parts and I will get my car back on 19th of February means next Wednesday.Owner of this smash repair reply to all the clients reviews. It is better to improve the quality of the service and provide the detailed feedback to the clients instead of same excuse.Still waiting for my car. I Got a call from Insurance that I will get my car back today. Smash repair got all the parts as advised by insurance. Still no comms from smash repairs. Very bad services. The estimated time of the car delivery was 10th of Feb.Owner do not respond this review. You are already in the bad book. Improve ur services and committed to words.

75 days to get my car back. Lady receptionist when I told her how many thousands I spent on a loan car cause it was taking so long and could they do anything about it her exact words were absolutely not" she was rude and couldn't care less. Steer clear of them. I dont want anyone else to go through it they are bad news."

The guys did a great repair, car was ready for collection when they estimated it would be and the hand-back was thorough.
