Lovely staff, always helpful and caring. Good prices and great opening hours. I'm moving out of the area after five years in Hurlstone Park and will be sorry to not have this Friendly Pharmacy as my local. (They do close on the dot, which is fair enough.)

True to it's name Friendl'y chemist is staffed with friendly, helpful people. They have great prices and specials on pharmaceuticals and related needs. The chemists are knowledgeable and helpful. Willing to explain the purpose and effects of medicine. They are also open 12 hours a day which is really important when you or your children get ill after hours.

Excellent pharmacy and staff.They took the time to explain the current shortage with RATs and how best to source tests. They’re one of the only pharmacies from those I checked that are actually supplying the tests at the moment and at the same price as other pharmacies.I’ve dealt with this pharmacy’s staff previously and they always show care in their dealings. One of the few pharmacies I’ve come across that operate as a health provider rather than a business.

Am updating this review as I completely misunderstood why they were charging high prices for rapid antigen tests in December. It was a highly stressful time for all. I have since visited this chemist again and the customer service was really outstanding. Thanks for assisting your local community!

Can't recommend this pharmacy more highly. Friendly service and will absolutely go out of their way to help their customers. Not sure who ran it before, but the current owners are the definition of friendly.

I have been going to this chemist for 13 years now.It has been under new management for two years or so, which has made a huge difference to the experience!!Both times I had Covid I needed to order supplies for my asthma, I had it delivered within an hour. A true testament to the customer service.Every time I go in there the pharmacist and staff are extremely helpful and very polite. It is such a pleasure visiting you guys. Thanks so much !!

I had to go back there because I knew this chemist open till 21:00. Then I realised previous “un”Friendly Chemist’s gone!! The chemist is now under new management.I’m glad they still open till late and seem to have a lot of stock.New staff is helpful. I can review only 3 stars so far as I had to leave soon. But I ‘d like to come back to see their customer service.
