I still have flash backs to how bad this was! Systems about 5 years old. 5 blokes to install a gas heater and evap in a day! Smashed the terracotta roof beyond repair, internal vents all crooked, heater we chose couldn’t be installed the list goes on! Every time I drive past I cringe. Should have done more research! Quality was a second priority to getting out as quick as possible!

From the beginning as much discussion as needed to understand what we were looking for and then trades people that turned up on time, cleaned up after themselves and all of it completed within a week of us deciding to go ahead. Great quote for the hot water unit. Arranged installation pity the installer came 50 minutes late no call and arrived with the wrong heater, and more delays while the correct one was delivered. Unit works great.

Superb service from beginning to end after purchasing evaporative cooling and two gas heaters. The communication and necessary education to help us choose the best solution was professionally tailored to our needs. The installation was tricky but we could not fault the quality of the sales team, the tradies and the owner. Recommend Gasworks Findon without reservation.

I had very average service from Gas Works Findon. I visited them on a quiet weekday afternoon. I was after a discontinued Weber and they only had an assembled one of the model that I was after.They were not willing to reduce the price for this BBQ even though it had been discontinued for a while and had been used as a display BBQ.I ended up going to a competitor who sold me the identical BBQ brand new in the box at a lower price.Saved myself the hassle of getting a trailer to transport the assembled BBQ and saved some cash too.

Not sure why Gas Works keep advertising. I contacted them by phone twice and then went into the store because of no contact. On visiting the store, one staff member was giving great advice to the customers he was serving. However the two staff sitting behind their desks who served me, could not be bothered standing up even, and just took my phone number. Guess what? No call or follow up. Obviously now have bought a system from Simmonds Heating & Cooling.
