I had a removal service plus a full set 80. I picked the natural looking eye lash extensions. The technician and receptionist were all very friendly. It looked nice after it was all completed. The place is very clean. However, in less than 2 weeks, over 80% of the eyelash extensions have already fallen off. It wasn’t cheap either in comparison to other salons. I’m sorry I couldn’t be more positive. It did not last very long at all for the price they charge.

Been coming to this place to fix my lashes for the last 9 months and the results always amaze me every time. Rui has top notch experience and very highly skilled. I have a moon-shaped eye and to do my lash is very tricky but she does my eyelash extension perfectly without making my eye look more droopy". I read other comments about the lash don't last longer than 2 weeks for some customers -but as for me -the extension it self can last for 6 weeks to 7 weeks. Highly recommended!"

If there is a Michelin system in the eyelash industry, I would definitely give this salon 5 stars.Each staff are really details, kind, friendly, and attentive. I've got eyebrow microblading and lip tattoo at this salon. It was about 3 years ago. It still looks nice, no fading and still beautiful. This salon has worth to go Sydney just visit here.Hope visit again and get top quality and services.From your biggest fan❤︎

The girls are so accommodating and friendly. Was able to fit me in last minute and took their time to tailor and find a length/styling map that I was happy with. Salon was also really lovely, clean and quiet. Great place to wind down and wake up to some beautiful lashes. Lasted me about 2-3w max but well worth it. Thank you girls, will visit again when I’m in town next.

Highly recommend this place. Shoko did a really great job with my lashes and brows. The whole process was comfortable, with no discomfort at all while lashes were applied. The lashes are super light, natural and do not irritate my eyes at all. I would definitely come back. Staff are so kind and friendly!

Service is attentive and pay attention to details. However, I was bleeding after I had eyebrow threading. No one apologized. I am told that it is common to see the bleeding for the eyebrow threading. There is no consent form regarding bleeding. The shop didn’t waive the bill and offered me 5% discount, which is $1 cheaper than the full price. Therefore, I paid for the unskilled eyebrow threading. I am disappointed at this visit.

Fuyumi did a GREAT job on my lash lift, and my first experience here was both comfortable and relaxing (I would have fallen asleep had I not tried so hard not to!). The end results exceeded my expectations, given how natural and lifted my lashes were. ❤️Really good communication also on the part of the receptionists, who were knowledgeable of the services!!!!

This was the first time I've gotten eyelash extensions done, and I'm so glad I chose LAILA lash and beauty! Overall such a wonderful service and the staff are lovely ☺️ I am obsessed with the results and will definitely be going back!!
