10/10.... Fix my power supply issue at warranty for free.. If you want a new computer or upgrade it. Diy is good choice... PS: They even teach me how to kill cockroach in the desktop.

Repaired my computer and recovered all my files, programs and even my bookmarks which i was worried about. Very reasonable price for parts and labour and I got it back all fixed within a few hours. Great service and friendly staff.

10/10 would recommend, staff was very helpful with solving our issue of data recovery for a damaged SD card. We had called many other places which quoted us double the price of what DIY computers charged us, and said it would take a lot longer. The man working here had a look and resolved our issue within a day. Very grateful for their service!

Very bad service. I have been there with my laptop problem about 1 month earlier. There were two staffs they look at my laptop then laugh and talk in their own language, it's embarracing. They took a photo of my laptop and said me they will contact later. They did not contact me till one month then I go there again. This time as well the staff look at each other, laugh and talk in their own language. Really embarracing. Again they said me that they will contact me later and the price will be minumum $150. Then what is the maximum, if they can't fixed it then they can be give a straight answer. It's not about price and laptop problem, it's about commitment, behaviour and professionalism.

Have been going to these people for years! They're fantastic! Thry have always been able to do what I thought was impossible (recovery of data from corrupted harddrives, recovery and restoration of data mirroring original data and settings into a totally new computer, also the basic reformat of a computer no matter the operating system.) Yep! These people are awesome! Plus they don't promise anything and keep you informed of what they've been able to do, keeping you in the know and your expectations in check. Which i appreciate greatly. I highly recommend. And frankly I don't care if they're shop is a little on the run-down" side of things

I have been using DIY Computers for about 10 years to get my computers fixed: They have always been able to help me, they are very generous with their time, their prices have never been expensive -- and on one occasion, when they were not too busy, they were able to fix my computer that day, knowing that I needed it for my main job. Even more recently, they gave me a tip about cooling my computer, and a software program to install, which allows me to monitor when the CPU is overheating from memory-taxing programs like Adobe Audition. They are also very friendly!
