Mark was able to help us out with a bathroom spa repair at short notice. He is professional, knowledgeable and fair on pricing. He came prepared with the necessary parts on hand for the job and provided excellent service.

Had a very positive experience with Mark today, he called me after I sent a message looking for a spare part for my spa. After I described the symptoms to him he offered advice that it sounded like a low power issue consistent with plug or something at connection point having melted due to current/heat. I had the spa plugged into an outdoor timer then the gpo, Mark was spot on, the plug was hard to pull out of the timer and the timer was internally damaged from heat. When I plugged the spa straight into the gpo, it worked immediately. I had thought I needed a new keypad/display at several hundred $, maybe even new controller at $1,600+, reluctant to spend on a 15yo spa. Planning to upgrade the spa anyway but not yet in about 6 months or so, i had thought I might need to bring that forward, Mark saved me spending up to $10k on a new spa prematurely, or buying parts to fix the old one that weren’t needed. Thanks for being so helpful and not just trying to make a buck. Would recommend Mark’s business based on my first dealing with him.

Mark was great. I called him and he was at my house within 30 mins. He diagnosed the problem straight away and ordered the part and came out a week later to install a new gas heater for our spa. Mark provided great customer service. His quote also came in a lot cheaper than another plumbing and gas company I contacted to do the job. Would highly recommend using Mark if you have a problem with your spa.

Mark recently fixed my spa and I would happily recommend him to anyone who has an issue with theirs. He is efficient, professional and reliable as well as clearly being very experienced and knowledgeable. I chose Perth Spas Service based on the reviews I read and I am very, very glad I did and highly recommend Mark.Mark is an expert at what he does and will only do what is absolutely required - he does not try to upsell you.I had two leaks (one major) which he fixed quickly and effectively at a very reasonable cost. He gave me options and the pros and cons of each but didn't push for a complex solution.The down side of Mark being so good is that he is in high demand so I did have to wait a few months (including the Christmas period) but I have no issue with that as it was worth the result.Some time ago I used another repairer and he charged more for a lesser job that I had to fix myself after he left ...SO do yourself a favor, even if you have to wait, you won't be disappointed with Perth Spa Service.
