Simply the best.

Nice house style condo with spacious kitchen.

What a pity such a beautiful set of apartments and lovely pool is run by an arrogant and rude manager, Paul. After unfortunately meeting this pathetic excuse for a human I will never go back.

I find the below review by Annie to be completely laughable, as Paul is by far the nicest building manager I've ever had the fortune of meeting!Several times my housemate and I breached body corporate bylaws and Paul was more than accommodating and always sought the best solution for us. To imply that Paul is anything less than a complete gentleman is beyond ridiculous.The apartments are maintained fantastically and its always a joy to exit my apartment and get the scent of lemongrass (cleaning product used by the cleaner). While I'm not aware of her living arrangements, I've never seen any reason to doubt her abilities or if she has a conflict of interests.All in all, don't take my word for it. Come and meet Paul. 5 minutes is all you need and you can form your own opinion.

A wonderful place to reside. The complex is maintained and managed to perfection.After my initial meeting with Paul (the Manager)I suspected that the negative reviews were written by previous tenants who had not met their obligations and are perhaps not taking responsibility for that.After residing here for almost a year, I can confirm that to be true, thankfully, Paul is stringent on the caliber of people allowed to reside here, which makes for a fantastic and peaceful living experience.Grateful for the positive experience we have had here.

My family and I loved staying at H20. Paul and Margie managed the property superbly and were very accommodating throughout our stay. They genuinely care about the residents and its kept in immaculate condition. Great facilities and will miss the community there.
