This gentleman did not know me from Adam yet, without any delay, he simply removed a nail from a recently repaired, not by him, shoe which made it unwearable and at no charge. This may not sound impressive but it was service, for which he got no return. I will certainly be using this gentleman in future, when I’ll be happy to pay.

Always helpful with a very dry sense of humour which is refreshing these days. Went to Mister Minute Dapto with a broken bag strap that I had tied in a knot - he told me I had done a great job and that was the best I was going to get (because he is lazy and could not be bothered trying to fix it). Mister Minute Warrawong - no problem, just give me 5 minutes.... perfect. Bag is fixed, Eddie the operator there was only too happy to help me out and did a great job. That is what Mister Minute used to be like!!! Thanks Eddie for being reliable and still doing what all the Mister Minutes used to do. I will just drive into Warrawong every time I need help now as you are guaranteed to get it there.

I bought a silver necklace with a heart pendant for my daughter for her 11th birthday. I went to Mister Minute at Warrawong to get it engraved. I wanted her name Tyra on the front and Daddy’s Princess on the back. Alarm bells should have started ringing when the man spelt princess with an S instead of a C. I corrected him and came back in 15 minutes as agreed. On the front the word Tyra was acceptable. Very choppy but fine. I turned it over to find Daddy’s was done fine but that princess was totally unreadable. The p and r were one letter and he didn’t judge the sizing and it was completely illegible. After I said that you couldn’t even read it and that he had ruined the $129 necklace he just simply said “oh well. No charge then” and walked off. I was gutted as I had to go to work in 30mins and her birthday was the next day. After checking all the stores again. No one had another necklace I could buy, luckily a jewellers were able to cut off the pendant and sell me another one so I could give it to her. Mister minute you are hopeless and I will never use your business or refer it again.

2 stars for lack of interest in customers needs and a lack of interest in assisting. I will not return. Was disappointed with the service.

Great prompt service. I had a pair of heels fixed in the matter of mjnutes. Eddie was friendly and professional with a great can do attitude. Highly recommend!

Great service but a bit pricey I thought ($10 for 1 small pin for a watch strap)

I have a shorter right leg and have to wear solid footwear, some of which has buildups added. Eddie has done a fantastic joy putting new heels and soles on several pairs of my leather boots- Thank-you for extending the life of my favorite footwear!

Charged me $15 to change a watch battery and it only lasted 2 weeks. Mr Minit told me it must be your watch"."

I got keys cut here the other day and he fixed my shoes for me , the gentleman was really nice, I highly recommend going to warrawong mister minit I have nothing bad to say about the service he did a great job with my shoes they look brilliant, all the keys he did for me all work im a very happy customer :)
