Ben & Jerry's

Can’t knock Ben and Jerry’s I’ve cream. But the non dairy options are always their worst flavours. My son who is lactose intolerant now hates Ben and Jerry’s at high point because they never have chocolate fudge brownie flavour. Won’t be returning until they stock this flavour here unfortunately.

This particular store is poorly managed. Regularly find it unstaffed or the staff are at the back. There is also no other way but to have to shout and hope that someone comes. We have been a few times and suggested putting at least a bell or something but it does not seem like feedback is taken.In my recent experience. Ordered a cake for particular date. When went back to check, no one knew about it. They had to call a manager who then found it and said no worries it will be fine for the date. Then when I went to collect, I had to wait about 8 mins ( yes I timed it ) to get someone to come out. Terrible.Ben & Jerry's has a great product and it's already pricey so I would expect that when people do go to buy it that the service would be on par but this was sub standard.I gave 2 stars and not 1 because when they did come out they were polite.I don't like giving bad feedback on google but hopefully this helps someone as it seems to be ongoing.

Perfect addition for a shopping spree or a night out at High point Shopping centre.

I love this place. I’ve never been to a franchise Ben and Jerry’s. definitely recommend for the ice cream lovers

The selction is good for a small store bext to Hypts. Whenever i go there I always get my favourite the Berry berry ice cream it's delicious even tho its abit on the pricey side in my opinion!

Icecream is good and a variety of flavours makes choosing hard, but way overpriced. Doesn’t taste any better than the hoyts choc tops which cost half as much

Nice collection of ice creams at High Point. Offered a free icecream recently on a free cone day.

I was watching Netflix and decided what could be better? Ice cream! Ordered desert for delivery only for Ben and Jerry to decide they couldn't be bothered fulfilling the order and no one bothered to contact me and tell me they couldn't be bothered.I only found out they couldn't be bothered when I looked at the app. I'll stick with Max Brenner from now on.

It's ok. But not great. Limit range of flavours

Hi,My name is Wajahat Rajput and I visited one of your stores at Highpoint Shopping Centre, Melbourne, Victoria for the first time and probably will be my last time,I always prefer to go to Movenpick but yesterday (28/06/2018), I with my family visited your store at 9.25pm,As the close time was 9.30pm, we were hoping that we will be served as we were there at 9.25pm,The crew member told us that it is close,I have been working as an Assistant Store Manager in hospitality for five years and as a business student, I know that you cant say no to customer before closing time,If a customer is there at 9.29pm, he/she still needs to be served,Anyways then I called the manager and asked her that why it is close before 9.30pm and in reply she said We can close it"
