Have done work for and had work done by Temper Troops for about 5 years. On one side I have done work for Temper Troops and always found them to be very fair and honest in my dealings with them. Always pay invoices ahead of time and are always a pleasure to do business with. Very respectful and great to deal with. Nathan and Georgia are always happy to have a chat and genuinely nice people. On the other side I have had split systems installed and also serviced by Temper Troops over the past 2 years. The installation and service has always been top notch and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Communication is clear and pricing is fair. The workmanship has always been very good and if there are ever any issues they deal with them quickly and effectively. A* from me from both sides of the fence.

Recently had the Team from Temper Troops install a fully ducted reverse cycle Daikin Air-con system in our Home. From the first phone call to the completion of the install & to payment of Invoice, I found all Staff that I dealt with to be courteous, professional & knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble, they turned up on-time, explained everything, ensured I understood & was happy with my system before departing & the Office Staff were so courteous & understanding. Company was amazing to deal from the beginning ,this company installed our systems when we built and we were very impressed with them so we decided to go with them a second time for an additional aircon install.They have been amazing to deal with from the office communication to the install everything was seamless and I was very happy with their service and was very affordable and we will be happy to use them again in future or recommend to family or friends.Thanks temper troop team.

Temper Troops installed a multi-split for us in Brisbane. Nathan, and his colleagues went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the finished product. Their professionalism and attention to customer service is a quality seldom seen these days. Highly recommended.

Can't recommend this company highly enough. The process was easy from start to finish. Quotation was reasonable and zero pressure. knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions.Good communication ahead of the install and arrived on time. Team were all very friendly and professional. Apparent that they enjoyed their jobs.Fast forward 6 months and due to my house being a new build and heavy rain the slab on which the outdoor unit sat had split and slumped. This is what separates this company from others.While they could have just left it as our problem, instead they went above and beyond and put it up on brackets on the side of the house. The installer even popped down to Bunnings mid job to buy more suitable fixings. Really a class act. Thank you for doing such a great job.

We've used Temper Troops in the past to have our old split systems cleaned and were really happy with the service.Recently they installed a ducted system at our house. They were professional and friendly at all times during the installation.The pricing of the system was competitive and has all the modern features. They sent a flotilla of tradesmen to our house who were all very friendly and experienced which made the disruption to our day enjoyable.They explained the system like true professionals and gave us a good rundown when the job was complete. A great local company that i would thoroughly recommend.
