These wasted ?!#%£ had my parcel from USA there for almost two weeks before sending it back to USA sender! No phone call, text or even a letter to say they had it! They don’t even have a phone number to call them? I had to drive to the depot to talk to them. If you ring the phone number listed you get to speak to an unhelpful philipino call centre. Then they tried to tell me that they sent me a text (lie) . Then when I asked why they didn’t call me they said they didn’t know my number (lie) Then when they found my number on their system they quickly changed the subject!These lazy ?!#%£ don’t give a $&#%! DO NOT USE THEM!

Terrible franchise has no right to be in business refuse to deliver as a delivery company. On the Aramex website I am in a delivery aera yet they refuse to deliver some times being told to come pickup the package 45min away.Unfortunately we have the same problem with the Toowoomba franchise going to clients places as well, they just text the customer and tell them to pick it up - as they give no card (never try to deliver) normally the pickup points can't find the package and waste everyone's time.Pickup points are for if your not at home - we pay delivery charges its not good enough telling customers to come pick it up yourself.If they can't deliver be honest and let everyone know its out of your aera. DONT accept.Amazon and the likes use them you can't tell them not to - then you don't get the delivery anyhow so frustrating!When the a class action law suite come I certainly will be on board - you pay for delivery and then they tell you to pick it up. Meaning they are selling a product (delivery) and not delivery said product very much illegal.Frustrated customer here.

I've had a very poor experience with Aramax. To receive a parcel from Sydney to regional Toowoomba took 2 weeks. There was no way of contacting anyone from the local office and once it was in transit they couldn't advise where the parcel was to be collected from a driver or a depot. The customer support is in Manila and they hang up after saying they cannot help. I would not recommend engaging this un-professional so called courier service for anything.

Got my package early from the depot today as I was just passing by! They were super helpful! Thank you so much!Just a side note don’t call the customer support phone number, it’s outsourced and they’re useless. If you actually want your enquiry to be sorted go see them in person they’re super helpful and friendly!

Poor service. Stated on txt and tracking could not deliver to address, couldn't get hold of anyone at depot directly, customer call said no alternative to drive 45mins for $18 purchase.Very unhappy as I did not choose aramex as carrier. Grrrrr

If I could give them zero stars I would. Terrible service and will not service our area anymore because 'they do not want to' even though they service out even further then our area is closer to their depot then many of the places they service. Incredibly rude service and when asked about why they will no longer service we were told that they where sick of servicing our area and that they didn't care what we did but wouldn't be doing their basic job because they don't feel like it.

We were lucky to be at the front of our house when our parcel arrived earlier than expected. It was like Christmas all over again. The delivery person was very friendly too.

Ordered an item to take away on holidays now its a public holiday in Toowoomba so NO DELIVERY will have to go on holidays without it.. Tracking shows that it arrived at the Toowoomba Depot 3 days ago but no delivery why????. Your service needs to get it act together and I will be lodging a complaint with the supplier to never send items to me again using your company.

Sent a sms to ne saying my parcel was at newsagents went there,they went mad at me saying it wasn't there. So I ring them asking what's the story, the silly girl wouldn't help me ad I didn't have tracking number. I asked to speak to a manager said manager was on another call. Not the first time they did this but at least the girl I spoke to previously found mt parcel for me. I will make sure when I order online again to tell the sellers never ever send anything through aramex or fastway. Worst customer service and delivery service ever
