Horrific experience DO NOT GO! Expect 0 customer service from the lady with appalling hairdressing skills or simply non-existent, why are they even in this line of business?

The hairdresser was very rude and cut my hair carelessly with very poor communication about my preferences and styles. As soon as told her I just wanted to keep the same style, just a bit shorter. She went on cutting right way without checking with me. When she told me to wash my hair, I said I didn’t want to and she just switched immediately to another customer and left me sitting there. The haircut was done within less than 10 mins. The front and the side were poorly cut and uneven. It’s not worth $35!

Got my hair cut today.Walk in accepted. They are lovely and friendly. The hairdresser would confirm the length that I want before she proceeded. Would go there again for other services.

I went here as I needed a haircut and my usual hair saloon wasn’t open. My biggest mistake! This is my most horrible haircut experience ever. All I requested was a simple haircut and the final result is hideous. The Chinese lady hairdresser was very rough, and literally finished cutting my hair in less than 10 minutes and she charged me $35 for a horrible haircut. (Shameless!!) I don’t think she is qualified to do this/ has taken any formal training to work as a hairdresser.

Bella has been cutting my hair for over 3 years. I will not let anyone else touch my hair exepct her. I always leave very happy with my haircut.Edit reply to owner. Bella has been cutting my hair since 2017 at another salon she worked at.

Just cut my hair way too quick! It only takes less than 5mins. I felt like i went to 10bucks shop to get a hair cut. And charged 30bucks. Not worth it at all. I wont go back there again. Poor service. Way over charged.

The hairdresser didn't know how to cut my hair.She finished within 5 minutes and it costs $30.Also she continued poking my head with her finger.She needs to be very gentle or ask what she wants. Never go back again.
