Reviewing to warn others:I booked a job days in advance for 8am start, but they called last minute to say if I could do 11am - 1pm start (no problem) but I received a call at 8am on the day to say they are on their way in 40 minutes because they had truck breakdown but it’s ok now. This raised alarm bells for me and when I looked at the google reviews I noticed a few of the reviews had similar excuses.To get some assurance and official price quotes via email they couldn’t provide it. This company provides text quotes (where it’s normal practice to provide email quotes) their excuse - their system is not working to send an email. Even more red flags. Cancelled the job and decided to go with Optimove, based on a persons review to use Optimove - no regrets!

The two guys were 3 hours late and left a two holes in the wall at the new house. They didn’t say anything and quickly drove off before we noticed. They ignored our messages about the damage. Very unprofessional, would not recommend.

Had a job booked in advance 930-10am.Terms advised they could be an hour early so I arrived 830.No sign of anyone by 10, called for update, lady advised boys were not answering phone".She called me back at 11am advising truck broke down they could come 12-2.Then tried to advise she called me earlier to tell me but had no other missed call.I highly doubt they even exist.Do not use."

Disappointing to be let down. Moving is stressful, time is of the essence. More than likely critical components after the furniture move have been long organised. Hence why you need your furniture moved then.Things happen but the bit that concerns me was the conflict resolution discussion. I felt the ethics were sub par and definitely unprofessional.

We booked them a week before our moving day at 11am. They sent us a message that they might arrive between 10am to 12pm and we accepted. The day of moving they didn't show up even after 12pm. My husband called them and they cancelled!!!!! The day of moving! And we remained without removalist! When we called other removalist they said you had to book earlier. They wasted our time. And my husband and I had to move our stuff ourselves 2 stories with a little baby screaming. NEVER NEVER NEVER trust these guys. If I could I gave them 0 star.

I’m not one to leave a bad review but these guys cancelled on me last minute with me having a flight that same night. Had to spend a lot extra to find another mover. Would not recommend!!

So disappointed with how we got treated. Have never written a review before but have to let you all know that this company will not survive if it treats people like this. Delayed the removal time 3 times, once the day before and then twice on the day. After not turning up for the third agreed time it took another 45 minutes before they returned our call only to finally admit that they won't be turning up today. Four people took a day off work for nothing. Was even hard to get an apology from them, no offer of alternative or discount etc. Been ready since 8am time was now 4pm and had to try other companies at the end of the working day. Please do not allow yourselves to be taken advantage of and disrespected. There are some great removalist out there and this is not one of them.
