Have been a frequent customer at Pharmacy on Church since it opened (at another location across the road) about 3 years ago. Quickly got to know Caylen (owner and pharmacist), whom I found to be consistently knowledgeable, careful, caring and polite. In all, top notch personal service. I prefer to support small local businesses and do not hesitate for a moment to recommend this one.

It's so rare to have such a wealth of knowledge in such a kind and approachable person. My boyfriend suggested I try his pharmacist and, after one experience with Caylen, I left my original pharmacist (of 20 years) and now won't go anywhere else. His service is second to none. I have complete peace of mind knowing Caylen is looking after me.

The Pharmacist is helpful, knowledgeable and able to give medical advice that can sometimes save you going to a doctor. He also takes the time to explain your medications AND prescriptions are far cheaper than another local Hawthorn pharmacy

Hands Down the best service i have received anywhere. I'm a big believer on Customer service and will always shop local from small businesses. Caylen has good old fashion service that is hard to find today. If i could give 10 stars i would.
