DO YOUR SELF A FAVOUR. DO NOT BUY THESE RUBBISH PRODUCTS. 18 month old dryer that is barely used and is stops drying. Was told they are not interested in fixing as its more than 18 months old. They don't care about their obligations under Australian consumer law! Criminals!

DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM HERE.Bought nearly 3k worth of goods. 2 big chest freezer, 2 50inches tvs with 2 bracket. The freezers are very bad quality and one tv flickering, another one cracked before open it.THEY REFUSED TO COMMUNICATE TO SOLVE PROBLEM. BLAMED IT IS OUR FAULT.I WILL REPORT THIS TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS AS THIS COMPANY HAS A LOT OF BAD REVIEWS.

Washing machine arrived with sticker stating that they are not liable for parts if the machine is installed. Only when the machine is installed do you find out that water rushes out the bottom of the machine.On inspection the internal inlet hose appears to be deliberately sliced. Seemingly on the expectation that you will have to buy another one from them. Absolute scumbag act.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. No aftersales support. They do not uphold their warranties. I purchased a 2 door drinks fridge which cost $1400. After 4 months it broke down. Many phone calls and emails were made to the owners of this company but they wouldn’t honour their warranty. They are very happy to take your money and forget about you. I even tried consumer affairs and ACCC. They couldn’t or wouldn’t get involved. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Terrible customer service!Terrible quality white goods.Oven less then 2 yrs old and already doesn't work.Called eurotag for advice, palmed my call off, wanted me to call Oscar to come out and fix it! (Which would have cost me an arm and leg!)Do not purchase these cheap white goods stick to the bigger brads

If i could give 0 stars I would! We drove over 600km to pick up a freezer and when we set it up it didn't work and had scratches along the bottom. We rang them and they said WE had to arrange for someone to look at why it's not working! So we did and found replaced parts, leaked gas and rust on top of leaked gas stain! NOW THEY WANT US TO DRIVE BACK TO DROP OFF THE broken, 2nd hand unit and pick up a replacement!!!! Avoid this place at all costs!!!
