I am really happy with the service provided during our recent building and pest inspection on a property that we are purchasing. Peter has many years of experience and was very thorough and professional with the inspection. He took the time to answer my questions and concerns about potential problems and I could tell that he genuinely enjoys the work he does. I would highly recommend Peter!

This is the second time that I use Inspect My Home service, which is timely, trustful, professional and instructive. About the inspected property, James explains the conditions, the problems, the reasons, what to do the next, whether it's urgent or not, and how much it may cost, on top of a report document.

The inspector on the day had great people skills and was very professional and knew his stuff. He also made the time to answer all questions to our satisfaction. They were prompt, reliable and friendly with good customer service. However...Nine months after buying the house (which they found no major faults with) the problems have been mounting. They never mentioned rodents despite the roof cavity having a number of dead rats in close proximity to the man hole entry they crawled through. Those rats had eaten through all of the electrical wiring in the house to the extent that there were bite marks every two feet of cable with several sections chewed through completely. This was uncovered less than a month after the inspection and resulted in the house being completely rewired. The inspection also failed to mention that one of the piers supporting the house had sunk and was no longer supporting the core of the house. This is the most recent development which has just been corrected.While I acknowledge the concept of buyer beware" and will say that I found it odd to get a largely positive report on the house (I was expecting problems)

I've had a number of building and pest inspections conducted and I must say, I was truely impressed with how detailed the Inspect My Home inspection was. The inspection lasted almost two hours and revealed some important details about the home that needed to be factored into our purchase decision. Thank you for producing a quality report!
