Rony is the best person to communicate with. I have called him for late service as I was going to have unexpected visitors over the weekend and he was willing to assist me to come and to steam clean the dinning chairs that was badly ruined by kids who spelt milk and food on it.He did an amazing job removing the stain that was there for quite sometime. The chairs was left spotless and it was well cleaned way more than my expectation.I highly recommend his service for spotless steam cleaning.

Definitely recommend Rony! He organized a day straight away for me, was punctual, honest and very professional. Our tiled area is quiet large with smaller tiles (more grout for him to clean), he worked out an amazing price for the large job we needed done. His price per square meter is significantly cheaper than the larger franchise companies. Very lovely to deal with! Will be calling him back in the future for regular maintenance.

I hired Rony to steam clean rugs & a couch because he seemed responsive & reasonably priced but unfortunately the service was not worth it!! One side of the rug was totally missed and looked like it wasn’t even cleaned which I raised with Rony when he left - he came up with various excuses saying it’s the rug design or that it’s not his fault then we agreed he would return to redo the rug after the Christmas break - when I reached out to follow up on when he would return to redo the rug he said I need to have more rugs to be steam cleaned in order for him to redo it!!! Rony offered a refund however it’s not about the money - it’s the fact that he was hired to do a job yet didn’t do it properly nor up to standard with a careless attitude!! Finding a new customer is hard so keeping customers satisfied is much more important to ensure a long term relationship! I don’t recommend this poor service
