They could be a bit faster. I don't order buckets of chicken or anything but a single meal in a relatively quiet period shouldn't mean a 10 minute wait after paying. This happens far too often. However, I haven't had a problem with the quality of the food, as it's usually fresh.

Spent almost $20 on a boxed meal and the best they could give me was 3 lousy bits of chicken that were around the size of a chicken nugget

Young fella playing with chip scoop and flicked chips around, service needs improvement not always filling orders in right order 2 times this week we have waited and our number skipped over and orders after us filled before ours same young fella on chip area as all we ordered was chips. Usually service is great last 2 times very disappointing.

The food is various forms of deliciously seasoned fried chicken, you can't beat that. The gravy is superb, I wish I could buy it in a packet mix. The staff are excellent, responsive and polite, they always get my order right, no matter how much I alter it. As for atmosphere, it's in the middle of a food court, not much can be done about that.

Disgusting rip off! Run out of stock, offering replacements that don't come close to what your paying for. Manager doesn't care and refuses to do anything different.Missing 3 wings from a Zinger box, no zinger chicken available, replaced with a miniature snack popcorn chicken.No napkins, no wet wipes, cold chips.Seriously what a rip off and ZERO customer service.

Very annoyed. We placed one order at the drive through, we were the only car in the drive through and when we drove off we discovered that they got our order wrong. KFC hardly ever gets orders right. It's not hard.

We came to KFC after our exam for a tasty morning tea. We settled on the burger feast after unfortunately waiting In a like for upwards of 10m however they were understaffed, so no blame. Bryn then speedily and kindly took our order and even preempted us with the lack of lettuce due to shortage, thank you Bryn. Our order was taken and prepared in a 10 minute span, which is highly respectable as it contains 4 zinger burgers, 2 large chips, popcorn chicken and nuggets. Additionally, Bryn even offered to remake our burgers after receiving intel that they had just got lettuce shipped in. Of which we politely declined and enjoyed our meal, the chips were delicious and hot, and the burgers were scrumptious. Excellent experience, only note was the lack of wet wipes, my screen is now covered in grease 4/5.

Slowest service ever and one of the rudest staff members I've ever come across... absolutely disgraceful for someone in customer service, kfc will obviously hire any one these days!!!
