Tim and Jenny were wonderful to deal with. They are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and provided us with detailed information regarding the solar and the benefits of getting the unit that they had designed for us. The installer Cam was great him and his team were mindful of us working from home. They were really good explaining how they would install the units and letting us know what they were doing and then explaining the app and how the unit works. Overall was a great experience and we will definitely recommend them to our family and friendsThanks Les Klaege

Great price, service and quality.I dealt with Pawan for the purchase and he came out to site during installation to follow up and check all was in order.Guys installing were friendly, respectful and did a tidy job, accommodating my requests to install in a difficult location so it was out of sight and the install was very neat.They were also quick to resolve an issue when the inverter delivered was faulty. Replaced quickly with good follow up. Would recommend Solar Run for value and service.

Happy With the Service. Dilan from Solar Run saw the project through from start to finish. Great Install. Very helpful from start of the project to the end. Was referred by a family member and Solar Run completed the project as promised. Only company that was confident and delivered a bigger system on a single phase. Very happy with the service.

Couple of hiccups regarding timing of installation and delivery of equipment, but installation seems to have gone well. A couple of weeks from installation to inspection and turning on of the system. I'd recommend Duncan and his team.

Do not use this company. There are so many problems:1) You are dealing with a salesperson who runs a franchise.2) They then sub-contract the installation to someone else.2) If you have any trouble the Solar Run central office is uncontactable. All you can get is a 3rd party answering service.I paid a $3000 deposit for a system in June 2022. After 3 'cancelled' installation dates and many excuses I asked for a refund 2 weeks ago (October 2022). It still hasn't come through.Over the last month I have called the head office > 5 times and written them a letter. I have had no response at all.

Very happy with Solar Run. Our quote was well managed. How to apply for our govt rebate was explained with follow up to ensure we didn’t need help. Installation was very quick and handled beautifully by Matthew and his team and inspection and start up were very quickly managed on completion. We are very happy and actually looking forward to our next electricity bill.
