Stunning location, with absolutely outstanding vistas. Rearly can you get such views of the terain with out getting an aircraft ride. BUT... you can by driving up Mt. Oxley and it is so worthwhile. Thank you to the generous owners who allow us to traverse their property.... and you can stay overnight ... with permission... and catch amazing sunsets and sunrises...

Get a permit from information center $11 per adult directions on Google maps definitely worth the drive the view is spectacular

A must visit if you are in Bourke. Plan to be there before sunset, it's amazing! Pack stuff for a bbq and enjoy the show.

The only negative ill mention is the road in is very rough 10kms. the views are great, the ground is all stone so not real easy for tent camping.
