Mikaela the person who helped me with things I needed, was very nice and friendly. She has very good communication and was always giving me help with things. Very knowledgeable about the products. Making the purchase process stress and hassle free, especially for people who aren't very knowledgeable about the products they need.

I have nothing to give but praise. The people at Audiotech treated me with the same respect one would expect if buying a complete audio system, fully knowing that I just needed a little ‘repair’.I took in my car when nearly everyone else had closed for a holiday. Upon calling on a whim they might be open I got a hearty invitation to come on down.Mine was a very simple fix, but one I had been struggling with since getting a new phone three months prior.Quite prepared to accept failure of such a simple task on my part, I was frustrated and really needed a win, as well as the ability to listen to my music in the car.I entered the high tech showroom I was dazzled, but I just needed my phone paired to my car. Mikaela was quick to come to my aid. She was lovely. When she quickly reassured me that she’d get things working I had no doubt she would. She even lent an ear to listen to an old lady who was going through a stressful time. Of course, she had the pairing done in minutes. No charge and with the promise that if I had any more trouble with it to bring it right back and she’d take care of it.I happily drove off only to lose my music when my GPS kicked in, just a few blocks away. Right back I went. True to her word, Mikaela came right out, fixed the problem and showed me what to do if it happened again.As impressive as their showroom is, Audiotech’s service is its shining star.

Highly recommend the team and Audiotech. Had an issue with the airline to one of the airbags in the rear suspension just days out from the big lap. Although the team were extremely busy they worked their magic and found space in their busy schedule to fit me in. I have previously dealt with the team and had a positive experience. Super helpful. called to inquire about a new head unit on a Saturday morning and was able to get one installed 4hrs later. awesome job, guys must have worked through lunch to get it done. Despite the short notice and quick turnaround, still managed to wipe my dash down once they were done. super happy with the work; can recommend.

I highly recommend Audiotech in Tuggeranong. They are a very professional team. Mikaela kept me informed and was realistic about the possible diagnosis for my sound system. She and the team did everything they could to get the best possible outcome. My amplifier had water in it from the heavy rains after the sunroof drains blocked. It wasn’t looking good for my 15 speaker system but the Audiotech team got it fixed and working well. I can’t thank them enough.
