I suspect this place is out of business. I advised them in March 2020 that my wedding was cancelled (COVID19) and at first they acted understanding but tried to continually avoid returning our money or avoid the subject of refunds, then attempted bullying us into choosing a new date and eventually stopped replying in May. I paid nearly $1000 and now have had to attempt contact with them via their website again. I am down a grand with no way of recovering - as if the heart break and financial loss of cancelling my wedding wasn't significant enough. Please consider carefully before booking this company into your employ. I'd be happy to update this review in the event more information comes to light but at this stage it seems unlikely. EDIT: Upon seeing this review they have replied, but are still refusing to refund the money, so they are apparently not out of business. I have uploaded photos to verify this account, awaiting Google approval.

Shout out to the team at Snapqube! What a great addition to our wedding. Both friends and family loved the mirror bootht. Service provided by our attendant throughout the night was extremely responsive
