Combat Academy
Shihan Lindsay at the Combat academy is amongst one of the most influential, patient instructors I have trained under. He is a very fair but tough instructor. I absolutely love training at the Combat academy. I would highly recommend it to anyone of any age and fitness level. Does not matter if you have never had any previous martial arts Experience, It is all about the Journey.
