Don't pay in full before they start the job. I did even though it sounded odd ?Initial experience was good, we chose the product a sales person arrived and all was well.Installers arrived walked the project did minimal preparation and laid planks over uneven slab even though they had 48hours from start to finish.On second day installers arrived and informed us they didn't have material to complete job but will stay in touch.Two weeks later we had to go to management and find out what is going on with the trim?Lucky in a way because sections of floor were collapsing ....Moral of the story is don't pay before the agreed job is done.

Great carpet experience, first time purchasing for a stairwell carpet replacement. Very helpful in the shop for carpet choice and advise and then at home with the two choices. Installer came on time and was great. Very happy customer especially now when I can walk on soft new carpet under my feet.

I just wanted to share with you our appreciation and delight with the sales and installation service provided recently by SOLOMON'S MARION (Mitchell Park) to our Flagstaff Hill home.We are so pleased with the end result. The installation team led by Lyle was polite, professional and very understanding of all our concerns. They went about their task with focus on the job, and finished a big job in the one day. They had moved furniture and ripped up the old carpet by the time I returned from walking the dog (and it’s a small dog!).The sales team was also very helpful and showed us the full range before we settled on the carpet of our choice. We chose a relatively expensive option, but at no point did we feel that we were moved in that direction. The young man that also came out to measure (KARAM) was knowledgeable and very customer focused, he was simply excellent and nothing was too much trouble – we felt very comfortable with him.The whole experience from showroom to floor, was no-fuss, trouble free and worked like clockwork. Yesterday I popped into the Mitchell Park showroom and was served by Matt. I had previously popped in and had an idea of the colours of floorboards I was after and wanted to try and purchase some before Christmas, however I didn't have an appropriate car to collect them at the warehouse in time before they closed and reopened in the new year. Not only did Matt explain the products in a friendly and helpful manner but he also arrange for delivery - 2hrs later straight to my doorstep! Friendly, helpful and time efficient service with very competitive prices! He went above and beyond to help me out, could not recommend them enough!

We are so very happy with our carpet which was laid today. It looks fabulous. Shaun was so good in helping us with samples to select the right coulour. We only went to one other company for a quote and they were not only dearer but did not let us bring samples home which Solomons did, (which we took back the same day). Solomons Marion was the BEST. Plus Lyall (and his son Paul) who laid the carpet and has been doing so for 20 years. A real professional We could not be happier.

These guys laid wooden floors throughout my entire house (custom built house) and we LOVE it!! We recently had new carpet installed by Solomon's at Marion and we're really impressed. The job itself was quite an awkward one and the work carried out was to a very high standard and with no fuss. Tom was very helpful and as a sales team they were in no way pushy and were happy to answer our questions and give us guidance where we needed. Julian who laid the carpets, did the work of about 3 people and was fantastic. All very professional and would definitely recommend.

Matt, Shaun and all the team were nothing but the best the moment we stepped into the showroom. Friendly knowledgeable and accommodating including the carpet layer. Couldn’t be happier with the carpet choice we made, great quality. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

From the first time we visited the showroom to the very end of having all our carpets and flooring installed, Solomon’s Flooring were terrific. All staff were very friendly, approachable, professional and helpful. We are delighted with our flooring and will definitely use them again.
