Another happy The Best Mechanics customer! I also wish I could rate them higher then 5 stars. The service I received from both Tim and Paul in repairing my car was exceptional. They were on time, super friendly and patient with explaining the issues with my car to me. They organised everything when things got a bit more complicated then originally expected and got me back on the road quickly. I will definitely use them again, thanks so much guys!!

Started off using Paul for our private vehicles now my workplace has utilised TBM's services.Honesty, transparency and good old fashioned service it what you can expext from TBM! Never going anywhere else for my car's requirements. Thanks guys!Awesome to work with and deal with!

Had a basic service with a few extras done on my 2011 Holden Berlina. Tim arrived right on time, very friendly guy and the service was excellent! Would definitely recommend!

I wish I could put 6 stars.I was recommended these guys from a friend that used them.Timmy came out to my house and serviced my car in my garage .He was so friendly and nice.Very clean and professional.Not a drop of oil on the floor or anything.He even cleaned my car and shined the tyres.I can't believe how much cheaper and quicker this is than going to a workshop.

Absolutely the best mechanic around. I have been getting my cars serviced for over 50 years and have used a variety of mechanics over that time. Paul is the only one I trust unreservedly to service my car and not try and rip me off. He is extremely price competitive and customer service as A+I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My partner and I have been going to Paul for many years, even back when he was running a shop for a major franchise in Melton. We didn't hesitate to stick with him when he started his own business. Both Paul and Tim do fantastic work. They are reliable, friendly, honest and trustworthy. They never rip off their customers and treat everyone with respect. If you are a woman, especially, looking for a good mechanic, give these guys a go. They deserve the business and the reputation they have. I would not recommend anyone else. And best of all they come to you, can't ask for better convenience than that.

Had a shocker of a morning when we had throttle issues on the Calder freeway. Managed to make it home and started calling around. The best mechanics knew what was wrong just by my description then organised to come over to check the issue. They confirmed the issue, found a part, went and picked it up and were back by 6pm (on a Friday night) to have it fixed so I wasn't without a car. Being pregnant with a 2 year old I can say how appreciative I am of the hard work and great customer service. I really appreciated how reassuring and helpful Paul was and that he wanted to get everything fixed for us so we had our car for the weekend. Also very convenient that they come out to you! Will be using them for all of our car services from now on as we like to support locals and are new to the area. Thanks again Paul !

I'm really happy with TBC and they totally exceeded my expectations.Tim and Paul really are The Best Mechanics.They turn up exactly on time. They where very clean and professional and the car is running like a an absolute dream. AND it is cheaper than any other mechanic I've ever used.I never waste my time with google reviews but had to share what a positive experience I had.I can't recommend a more professional service to use.
