I took my steam mop in to Glenn at Western Tool repairs not very optimistic that it was able to be fixed due to information customer service from the company had told me. Glenn went above and beyond and was able to get me a brand new steam mop to replace my old one. All in a very short period of time too with extremely friendly service. Thank you Glenn.

Very friendly and helpful. I wandered in looking for some small fuel tubing for my line trimmer which had perished mid job and far from home. I had already tried all the usual hardware and auto parts places. He spent a few minutes looking through old boxes of bits and pieces, then gave me something suitable. This let me finish the job on the day. Thanks.
