We were there Friday, 4 Nov 22 for dinner. Lovely ambience, nice and cosy, but food was ordinary. We ordered dosas - heaps of them on menu. While the Bhaji was great, the Dosa taste was ordinary n it was not crispy. Being from south india, was nothing like a Dosa. We ordered tandoori chicken n it came on a sizzler plate!!??? It was definitely not cooked in a tandoor n tasted nothing like tandoori chicken. The chaat was good. Overall disappointed.

Pretty good dosa. Perfectly cooked pancake, the potato and pea masala was tasty and the sambar outstanding. Perhaps let down a little by the chutneys. Lunch special menu includes Chole Bhature and Aloo Puri. Would visit again.Update. Came back for lunch today. The Chicken Malabar, Aloo Puri and Amritsari Chole Kulche were really good and very generous serves.

My friend and I came on a Saturday night, and waited an hour until our dosa arrived and that was after asking for it multiple times. When the waitress asked us if we would like our entree and mains separately, this time disparity was not what we had in mind. After our entree, we advised the waitress that we were ready for our mains. Just as she was about to walk away, I asked her if she would like to collect our empty dishes before she left. The waitresses are lacking in common sense and so this is not the place to go for brilliant service or food. The dosa itself was cold, flimsy and tasted plain. The filling, sambhar and chutneys were very flavoursome. This just isn’t a place I’d go back to even if there was no other dosas in Perth.

Just returned from the shop. 14 April 10 pm.Booked for 730 pm for three families.Water and menu served after few requests about 20 mins of waiting. Food served at 9 pm. Total lack of management. Two servers kept on saying sorry but resources were lacking . Attention was focused on uber eat couriers. Why have so many varieties if do not have resources?Knowing night before long weekend will be rush cater for some one to manage cash desk and ordering. If u r unable to cater stop taking orders. Your capacity and capability to be matched.Do u really care for a good customer service?Honestly vthe owner was talking to some one but did not bother to come and express sorry. The young servers were good with smile but outcome remained same - poor delivery.Food quality and price was acceptable.

New to the area and had the food here twice now. It's tasty but we waited over 2hrs for our food delivery today despite ordering at 5.30pm.Called up a couple of times and was told 5 mins" each time.I think you should just turn off the delivery app options if you're too busy. It's got to be better than not meeting expectations and having grumpy customers."

I had an amazing dining experience at Festival India Indian Restaurant! The food was outstanding - perfectly spiced and full of flavor. The service was also fantastic - the staff were friendly, attentive, and really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine in Australia.

I had the pleasure of trying Festival India's food at a recent event and I was blown away. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the flavors were spot on. The service was excellent and the staff was very knowledgeable about the menu. I'm already planning my next visit to the restaurant!
