Satya was incredibly helpful and professional when I used her company for an end of lease clean. Her team even went back a week later after the property manager was not satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment. I would highly recommend her business.

Pristine Cleaning are the best in the business a very professional cleaning service. It is a very thorough clean every 2 weeks. I love walking in the front door to a sparkling clean home. Becky will also organise window cleaning, carpet cleaning and all those other specialist services. I highly recommend.

Becky and her crew made easy work of our vacate clean in our huge house. She also booked on my behalf the carpet clean and window cleaners. It was such a huge help to my already busy schedule. Through no fault of Becky’s we hit a few issues, but they were remedied quickly and professionally to give a seamless service. The clean was top quality. No call backs from the realestate agent!! Pristine provides incredibly professional, helpful services. We have used them in window cleaning and in general house cleaning using their non-toxic options, and found they were not only sensitive to special needs, but also worked during the entire time of their visit. The results were more than pleasing and we intend to use them again whenever we have professional cleaning done. Our last cleaner, Linda, was impressive not only in her cleaning but in her professional and caring manner. We can only give her and the whole company the highest of praise.

Excellent service! Have been using Pristine for a regular clean of our house after returning to work full time from maternity leave. It has been such a weight of my mind knowing the house will be spotless and cleaned with natural products safe for our son and pet dog. The staff are always very professional and friendly (and good with pets too). Highly recommend!!

We worked with this company for quite some time, but eventually incidents of carelessness made them untrustworthy. The quality of the service was good, but we also had to have our locks changed after keys were lost, had to replace a lockbox and keys after the combination was accidentally changed, replaced a storage freezer of food after it was left unplugged and finally replace the front door deadlock after it was accidentally broken.When we engaged the services of a locksmith for the final incident, he showed us that the key was put in upside down and while the the age of the lock was partly at fault for the break, the key being forced in upside down led to the damage.We contacted management and explained this, they offered to pay for the damages. However, in their reply, they stated that they “do not believe” their cleaner put the key in upside down. I appreciate the offer of financial compensation, but it concerns me that after we saw the evidence with our own eyes AND had a professional locksmith support this, the manager would respond that they “do not believe” it happened.That speaks to me of a lack of responsibility for the actions of the company and their staff. It’s one thing to clear up a customer complaint with compensation, it’s another to claim that they’re still in the wrong.Ultimately we spent close to $1000 repairing and replacing damages done to our house. At that point we’d be foolish to stick with them. We were happy with the service but ultimately did not feel that we could trust them to do the right thing.

Good experience. I hired them to do a vacate clean for my apartment and got my bond back without any issues. Rates seem reasonable. They quoted me over the phone and my final bill was $200 less than another company who actually came out to do the quote).

My experience with Pristine cleaning has been nothing but perfect! They did an amazing job on my apartment and even after my property manager wrote a very scrupulous list on items that needed to be attention, they came out again to give it another go over before I handed in the keys (to be fair Pristine did a lovely job the first time and I could not understand why there were any issues). I would highly recommend using Pristine Cleaning and recommend not moving in to a brand new apartment with a pedantic property manager haha
