Poor customer service and low expectations of being able to collect a simple oral thrush treatment over the counter, waited 15 min then a further 10 minutes before being told to wait for the pharmacist to see if it was the right treatment, if I wanted to talk to a medical professional I'd call my doctor again

Poor customer service as experienced by others. Had a very simple prescription to fill. They said it “was out if stock“ . Next day Said it didn't come in but they would get it from another pharmacy within 30 minutes. An hour later still did not have it. Such a common medicine but not a full pack prescribed. Expect that is the reason it was unavailable. $$ more important yhan patient care. cruel
