I called this company more than a week ago , I had Rob came down to my place to give me a quote for couple of equipment. He was very nice and professional and he knows about pools, guaranteeBut Its been over a week now and I never received my quote from himI was told couple of days but never happenedI never even received phone call or even text to update me on the progressI was so disappointed with their service.I had different provider who came and gave me quote next day and job was done within 3 days.

I have delt with Rob from Pool Care Company for the last 4 year. We called the Company out last week as our filter was playing up Rob came out and fixed it very quickly.We are extremely happy as Rob is very down to earth and gets the job done with such professionalism.I would highly recommend this company as they do great work and very fair pricing.AAA+

Couldn't recommend these guys enough.Rob got my pool up and running after it had been neglected between buying the house,he explained everything i needed to do thoroughly, was always happy to take a phone call when i needed help with something and made sure I wasn't getting ripped off when buying supplies.Definitely the go to pool care company in the area.

I thought the reviews were too good to be true … but I agree with all of them. Rob spent so much time helping me and explaining and advising me of my options with our pool repairs. Numerous calls, and visits to ensure that the repairs and replacements was done right and I was comfortable with the process. So nice to find a company that just wants to help. They are our pool technicians from now on and will recommend

Cannot recommend Rob and the team highly enough!My partner and I had no experience owning or maintaining a pool and when it developed a leak I called Rob. He was extremely helpful and professional. He and Ben worked on the repairs and provided in-depth details RE their work. They were also really accommodating providing knowledge for ongoing pool care and maintenance. Will definitely be calling again for all pool services in future.

Rob and the team are the best ! Needed the pool cleaned after the big rain we had it was filled up with dirt and the team was able to come out the next day as it was very urgent. They cleaned everything and pool has never looked better ! Great service will always use them ! Thank you Rob and team !
