If you don't want feedback, don't ring me and ask for it....Install was done fairly well, with a couple of minor items that weren't up to scratch, were unexpected or weren't according to the initial agreement. Went they rang me for feedback, and I mentioned these items, I copped a mouthful of abuse from the owner, who proceeded to hang up on me after he threatened me with a court case (about what? The invoice was already paid....).If you can't bear to hear critique, you shouldn't ring your clients. Or be in business, really.

We had 3 units installed on recommendation from Harvey Norman and have been extremely impressed by the follow up after we experienced issues with one unit that wasn’t an installation error. They have returned 4 times at no charge to try and rectify the issue and after every visit Carolyn follows up with a call to ensure the unit is working as it should. Customer service is not normally a quality of Sunshine Coast tradesmen but A @ C break that mould.

Installation was completed in a timely manner. Very tidy and clean install. Staff were friendly and very efficient at their job., arrived on time and cleaned the job site before leaving. Joyce Mayne sales staffer recommended A & C Air-conditioning services. for our air-con installation, we are very pleased with the standard of service.
